Pumpkin Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Pure Pumpkin
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 cup Milk (any type)
  • 1 handful Ice

Instructions
 

  • Add the pumpkin, protein powder, spices, and milk to a blender. Mix all of those ingredients. Then, add a handful of ice and mix again. Enjoy!
