Pumpkin Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk

Method
 

  1. In an overnight oats container, add the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, pure pumpkin, yogurt, and milk. Be sure to mix everything well, and then place in fridge overnight.
