Peanut Butter Protein Bark

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter (creamy)
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 scoops Protein Powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 2 medium Bananas (sliced)

Instructions
 

  • Using a handheld blender, mix together the yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and protein powder. Then, place the mixture over a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Even out the mixture, and cover the bark with sliced bananas. Place in the freezer overnight and enjoy!
