No Bake Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • First, add the liquid ingredients to a mixing bowl. Melt the peanut butter, vanilla, and honey for about 30 seconds in the microwave. Then, add the quick oats, chia seeds, and chocolate chips. Mix all ingredients. Then, prep cookies by covering a baking sheet with parchment paper. Then, scoop between 12-14 cookies onto the paper. Press the cookies with a spoon to make for a flat cookie shape. Freeze or refrigerate for thirty minutes and enjoy!
