Healthy Chocolate Chip Mini Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Medium Bananas
  • 3 Cups Instant Oats
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter (Creamy)
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips (Semi-Sweet, Milk, or Dark Chocolate)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Mash three medium sized bananas.
  3. Add in 3 cups of instant oats.
  4. Add 1 cup of peanut butter.
  5. Add 1 cup of chocolate chips.
  6. Mix all the ingredients together.
  7. Spray mini muffin pans and scoop 1tbsp of batter into each muffin container.
  8. Bake the muffins for 18 minutes.
