Easy Vegan Taco Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Can Refried Beans (16oz)
  • 1/2 Cup Diced Red Onion
  • 1 Bell Pepper Diced
  • 1 Cup Fresh Salsa
  • 1 Cup Plant Based Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Layer the refried beans, onion, pepper, salsa, and plant based-cheese in a 7x11 baking dish. Refrigerate for thirty minutes or enjoy it immediately.
