Easy Rice Cake Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 7 rice cakes (caramel or plain)
  • 1 container whipped topping
  • 3 tbsp PB2
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. On a baking sheet covered in parchment paper, place 7 rice cakes. Then, cover each one with whipped topping. Next, sprinkle PB2 onto the cakes. Finally, add chocolate chips and freeze for at least 4 hours.
