Cottage Cheese Protein Shake

Ingredients
  

  • handful of Spinach
  • 1 cup Frozen Fruit
  • 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tsp Sugar or Stevia
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder
  • 3/4 cup Milk of your choice

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and enjoy the protein packed smoothie on repeat!
