Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
1 cup apples (diced)
1/2 cup applesauce
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 eggs

Method

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Then mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Scoop 12 cookies onto a large cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes. You should be able to make 2 dozen cookies with this recipe. Enjoy!
