Apple Oatmeal Breakfast Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Quick Oats
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 cup Cinnamon Applesauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Then, add the oatmeal, chia seeds, and cinnamon into the mixing bowl first. Then, add the melted butter, applesauce, and honey. Mix and place into a 9x7 baking dish covered in cooking spray. Bake for 25 minutes, cut as desired, and enjoy!
