Apple Energy Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Quick Oats
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 grated Apple
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Salt
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Honey

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the oats, cinnamon, chia seeds, apple, and salt. Then in another microwave-safe mixing bowl, add the peanut butter, vanilla, lemon juice, and honey, and heat for forty seconds. Then, mix the metled ingredients together. Add the creamy mixture to the other ingredients. Mix everything together. Scoop out 20 energy bites. Then, roll each energy bite into a ball. Refrigerate for an hour and enjoy.
