First, add eight ounces of cream cheese to the mixing bowl.
I used this brand of cream cheese, which is vegan. There are other brands, but I like this one so I’m sticking to it.
Step 2: The Confectioner’s Sugar
Next, add one cup of confectioner’s sugar to the bowl. You can use any brand for this, but make sure it isn’t just powdered sugar. It will change the consistency of the pie.
Step 3: Mix
Then, mix the sugar and cream cheese together so that it is completely smooth and creamy.
Step 4: The Pumpkin
Next, add in a can of pure pumpkin. Be sure to blend that in to fit the smooth consistency.
I used my handheld mixer for this process. It is so convenient for a quick recipe like this one.
Step 5: Whipped Topping
Then, add 4 ounces of whipped topping into the mixing bowl. Be sure to blend that well.
You can use the plant-based Whole Foods topping or even the coconut whipped topping would taste delicious too.
Step 6: Fill the Crust
Then, fill the pie crust with the mixture. It should completely fill the pie.
I used a graham cracker crust from Whole Foods. The Favorite Day option at Target is delicious too.
Step 7: More Whipped Topping & Sugar
Then, add another four ounces of whipped topping to the top.
If you want, you can sprinkle some cinnamon sugar over the top of the pie. It makes for a beautiful display and tastes delicious too.

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese (vegan)
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- 8 oz whipped topping (plant based/vegan)
- 15 oz pure pumpkin
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 container cinnamon sugar
Instructions
- Mix together the cream cheese and sugar. Then, add in the whipped topping. Then, mix in the pure pumpkin. Next, fill the graham cracker crust with the filling. Top with more whipped topping. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top and refrigerate for thirty minutes before enjoying each slice.
