Peanut Butter Protein Bark
Jump to RecipeStep 1: The Yogurt
First, in a mixing bowl, add two cups of yogurt. I used a cashew vanilla yogurt because my diet is non-dairy. Of course, any type of yogurt will work for this.
Step 2: The Peanut Butter
Then, add a half cup of peanut butter. I used a natural peanut butter from Trader Joe’s, but JIF will work too. Be sure to use creamy peanut butter instead of chunky though.
Step 3: The Honey
Next, add two tablespoons of honey or agave if you are vegan.
Step 4: The Protein Powder & Mix
Then, add two scoops of protein powder. I love this Orgain I get from Amazon. The vanilla flavor is my favorite. You can blend everything with a handheld mixer.
Step 5: Prep Bark & Add Bananas
Once the mixture is a creamy consistency, spread it all over a baking sheet covered in parchment paper.
Then, slice two medium bananas to top it off. You can use your favorite fruit instead of bananas too. Also, chocolate chips and nuts are a great addition to this bark.
Place it in the freezer overnight and enjoy!
