Mix all ingredients. Then, prep cookies by covering a baking sheet with parchment paper. Then, scoop between 12-14 cookies onto the paper. Press the cookies with a spoon to make for a flat cookie shape. Freeze or refrigerate for thirty minutes and enjoy!
