First, add a half cup of pumpkin to the blender.
I used this Ninja blender to make my smoothie. It works well and all parts are dishwasher safe.
Step 2: The Protein Powder
Then, add a scoop of protein powder. You can use vanilla, chocolate, or even peanut butter, which tastes great too.
Step 3: The Spices
Then, add a half teaspoon of cinnamon and a half teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice to the mix.
Step 4: The Milk & Mix
Add a cup of milk, any type that you prefer, and blend all ingredients.
We have been using this Fairlife Milk and it is great. Plus, it is lactose-free.
Step 5: Add Ice & Mix
Then, add a handful of ice and remix it to make the perfect smoothie consistency.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pure Pumpkin
- 1 scoop Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 cup Milk (any type)
- 1 handful Ice
Instructions
- Add the pumpkin, protein powder, spices, and milk to a blender. Mix all of those ingredients. Then, add a handful of ice and mix again. Enjoy!
