First, add two cups of quick oats to a large mixing bowl.

Step 2: The Cinnamon
Then, add one teaspoon of cinnamon.

Step 3: Chia Seeds
Next, add two tablespoons of chia seeds to the mixing bowl.

Step 4: The Grated Apple
Then, add one grated apple. You can use any type of apple you enjoy. Just grate the apple to the core, and toss it into the bowl. We love honey crisp, so that’s what I used.

Step 5: A Little Salt
Then, add a half teaspoon of pink salt. You can use sea salt or any type of coarse salt you have on hand.

Step 6: The Peanut Butter
In a separate microwave-safe mixing bowl, add a half cup of peanut butter.

Step 7: The Vanilla
Next, add a teaspoon of vanilla.

Step 8: Lemon Juice
Then, add a teaspoon of lemon juice. You can use freshly squeezed or just from a bottle of lemon juice.

Step 9: The Honey
Next, add two tablespoons of honey.

Step 10: Heat & Mix
Place the mixing bowl in the microwave for 40 seconds and mix all the ingredients together.

Step 11: Combine Ingredients
Then add the creamy mixture into the other mixing bowl. You can mix it all together with a wooden spoon.

Step 12: Scoop, Roll, & Refrigerate
Scoop the mixture into about twenty energy bites. Roll each bite and then place it in the fridge for at least an hour.

Ingredients
- 2 cup Quick Oats
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 grated Apple
- 1/2 tsp Pink Salt
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Honey
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add the oats, cinnamon, chia seeds, apple, and salt. Then in another microwave-safe mixing bowl, add the peanut butter, vanilla, lemon juice, and honey, and heat for forty seconds. Then, mix the metled ingredients together. Add the creamy mixture to the other ingredients. Mix everything together. Scoop out 20 energy bites. Then, roll each energy bite into a ball. Refrigerate for an hour and enjoy.
