3 Ingredient Cookies
Jump to RecipeStep 1: The Oats
Start the recipe by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Then, add a cup and a half of quick oats to a large mixing bowl.

Step 2: The Peanut Butter
Then, add a cup of peanut butter. Any nut butter will work for this as well.

Step 3: The Applesauce
Next, add a cup of applesauce to the bowl. I used 3 Mott’s Cinnamon Apple Sauce Pouches. We always have those on hand! To be honest, I sneak one into my lunch box too.
Once all ingredients are in the bowl, mix until you have a creamy consistency that is easy to scoop.

Step 4: Prep and Bake
Be sure to use a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper. You can scoop the cookies and bake them as little scoops or flatten them with a fork. Either way, you can bake them for 12-15 minutes. If you leave them as scoops, bake them for 15 minutes. You should be able to make 12-16 cookies.
