Start this recipe off by peeling and cutting four fresh bananas in half. You really need fresh bananas because overly ripe bananas won’t work well with popsicle sticks. They will be too mushy to make.
Step 2: Insert Popsicle Sticks
Then, insert popsicle sticks into the bananas. I grabbed these at Walmart.
Step 3: Cover with Yogurt
Then, cover each banana with Greek Vanilla Yogurt. You could use any flavor of yogurt you like. The kids might like the strawberry-flavored yogurt as well. That would be a delicious combo.
You will need at least a cup of yogurt. This process is a little messy. You could use a spoon or spatula to do this. You can’t just dip the bananas into the yogurt because they will break. Just leave them on the tray and rotate them.
Step 4: Add Sprinkles & Freeze
Then, add as many sprinkles as you like. You could also drizzle peanut butter over these as well. Then, place the popsicles in the freezer for at least two hours.

- 1 Cup Greek Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/4 Cup Sprinkles

- Peel and cut in half 4 fresh bananas. Then, insert popsicle sticks into all 8 pieces. Cover in Greek Vanilla Yogurt with a spoon or spatula. This can get a little messy. Then, cover the popsicles with sprinkles. Freeze for at least two hours and enjoy.
