Step 1: Preheat the Oven to 350°
Start this quick and easy cupcake recipe off by preheating your oven.
Step 2: Add the Yellow Cake Mix
Using the Betty Crocker’s Yellow Cake Mix, add the entire box to the mixing bowl. I love this particular brand of cake mix, but any yellow mix will do.
Step 3: Add the Ginger Ale
Next, add a can of diet ginger ale to the mixing bowl. By the way, I always buy the Canada Dry brand, but any type of ginger ale will do. I guess I only buy Canada Dry because my grandmother only likes this brand. I have learned to just do as she says. Just make sure it is diet. You could even use a can of Sprite Zero too.
Also, these are the mixing bowls I love. Martha Stewart is always coming out with amazing products, and these mixing bowls are perfect. Plus, they have lids.

Step 5: Mix It Up
Mix it all together to prepare the cupcake batter.
Step 6: Spray the Liners
Before you fill the liners be sure to spray them with cooking spray. This way your cupcakes are sure to come right out of the liners without crumbling.

Step 7: Fill The Liners and Bake
You should be able to make two dozen cupcakes with this recipe. If you want bigger cupcakes, just try to evenly fill about 18 liners. After you fill the cupcake liners, place these cupcakes in the oven for about twenty minutes.
I love these reusable cupcake liners. My sister had them, and I thought these are perfect for multiple purposes. This is the link to the cupcake liners I used.

Step 8: Cool & Ice
Be sure to let the cupcakes cool before you put on the icing. For these cupcakes, I just used the Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy Vanilla. I was able to find it at Target, but I am sure you can buy it anywhere.
