Strawberry Yogurt Bark
Before you begin, you will need a cookie sheet and parchment paper.
Step 1: The Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Using any brand of Vanilla Greek Yogurt, add 2 cups to the cookie sheet.
I just love the Good and Gather Brand at Target, and I have been using, well eating, several of their products. So I used the Good and Gather Vanilla Greek Yogurt for this recipe.
Step 2: Spread the Yogurt Evenly
Then, using a spatula, spread the yogurt evenly over the parchment paper on the cookie sheet.

Step 3: Add the Strawberries
Then, evenly distribute 3 cups of sliced strawberries. You can use other fruit too. My kids just absolutely love strawberries. Well, as of now, they do at least. 🙂
Step 4: Add the Chocolate Chips
Then, sprinkle a cup of chocolate chips. I used milk chocolate chips, but dark chips will work as well. Either way, it is a deliciously sweet topping for this bark.

Step 5: Sprinkle the Cinnamon
If you love cinnamon, just sprinkle it over the entire tray of bark.
Step 6: Freeze and Break that Bark
Once you are done, then take this tray and place it directly into the freezer. Leave it in the freezer overnight. Take it out of the freezer and then break up the bark into whatever size pieces you would like. Then, stick those individual pieces in a freezer bag or freezer container.
They should stay fresh and yummy for at least three months. Of course, I bet they don’t last that long. My little one requests them every morning with her milky.
