First, start by adding 1.5 cups of quick oats to a large mixing bowl.

Step 2: The Graham Crackers
Then, add one cup of crushed graham crackers. I would say that is about a stack of 6-8 full-size crackers smashed.

Step 3: The Protein Powder
Next, add two scoops of vanilla protein powder. Chocolate powder will work as well.

Step 4: The Chocolate Chips
Then, add a quarter cup of dark chocolate chips. Milk chocolate chips will work as well.

Step 5: The Marshmallows
Next, add a half cup of mini marshmallows.

Step 6: The Peanut Butter
Before adding to the bowl, melt a half cup of peanut butter in the microwave. Then, pour it over the mixture.

Step 7: The Maple Syrup & Mix
Next, add a half cup of maple syrup to the mixing bowl. Be sure to mix all of these ingredients.

Step 8: The Milk
Depending on the consistency, add 1/2 to 3/4 cup of milk to the bowl. Then, mix everything.

Step 9: Prep and Freeze
Create the bites by scooping each bite with a cookie scoop. Place them in rows on a large cookie sheet covered in parchment paper. Then, place the bites in the freezer for at least two hours and enjoy!
