First, in a glass or mug, add two tablespoons of pure pumpkin.

Step 2: Protein Powder
Then, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder. Vanilla works the best in my opinion, but chocolate is my second choice.

Step 3: The Pumpkin Spice
Next, add a quarter teaspoon of pumpkin spice.

Step 4: The Double Espresso
Then, pour a double espresso shot on top. You can do a single shot or even a decaf one, too.

Step 5: Creamer & Stir
Then, add a tablespoon of pumpkin spice creamer if available.
Be sure to stir these ingredients.

Step 6: Add Ice and Milk
Finally, add a few ice cubes and pour your favorite milk option over the ice. I love unsweetened vanilla almond milk, which really tastes delicious with this drink.
