Step 1: Start with the Greek Yogurt
Start this recipe off by adding three cups of Vanilla Greek Yogurt to the mixing bowl. I love the Good and Gather Brand just as much as my kids’ favorite Chobani.

Step 2: Pumpkin Time
Add a 15-ounce can of pumpkin to the mix. Yes, you’ll need that fall favorite canned pumpkin. I love Libby’s brand, but all others will work too.
For more information on Libby’s brand check out this site. I do like to use the pumpkin from Trader Joe’s, but it is so hard to track down a can during the season. It goes so quickly.
For another recipe with canned pumpkin, check out this chocolate pumpkin bundt recipe. It only calls for two ingredients and is a decadent dessert for all.
Step 3: Add the Caramel
Next, add a half cup of caramel syrup. You can use Hershey’s Caramel Syrup or your favorite brand. For all the caramel lovers out there, this is going to just taste simply outstanding.
Check out this simple cake recipe using Hershey’s Caramel Syrup too.
Step 4: Now for the Cinnamon
Then, add a teaspoon of cinnamon for that fall flavor kick. They say if you use cinnamon you are healthier, so you might as well add a teaspoon here and there.
Step 5: Mix That Dip
Mix all the ingredients together with a wooden spoon or an immersion blender. Either way, you are going to create a creamy irresitible consistency.
Enjoy with Apples or Graham Crackers
This dip pairs well with apples. My favorite apples are Honeycrisp, but any type of apple will work.
