First, add a half cup of quick oats to a microwave-safe bowl. I always grab a larger container of them at Target.

Step 2: The Water & Heat
Then, add 3/4 cup water to the bowl. Microwave the water and oats for a minute and a half.

Step 3: The PB Protein Powder
Next, add a scoop of peanut butter protein powder.

Step 4: The Cacao Powder & Mix
Then, add a tablespoon of cacao powder.

Step 5: Add Fruit Topping (Optional)
Finally, you can top off your protein oatmeal bowl with a banana or berries. It is also delicious with coconut flakes sprinkled on top with a few chocolate chips.

- 3/4 cup water
