No Bake Pumpkin Pie Recipe
For this recipe, you’ll want to use your mixer. You could use a handheld mixer or your stand mixer for this process. It will take you about ten minutes to get the recipe done and in the fridge or the freezer.
You can freeze this recipe so that it is ready to go when you want it. Just be sure to take it out of the freezer at least forty-five minutes before serving it.

First, add 8oz of cream cheese to the mixing bowl. Be sure that the cream cheese is softened. With so many recipes, I like to use the Good & Gather brand. I really like their cream cheese too.
Step 2: Add the Pumpkin
Then, add 10oz of pumpkin to the mixing bowl. You’ll have a little leftover from the can with using just about 10oz.
If you can find a can of Libby’s, it works well for this pie recipe.
Step 3: The Sugar
Next, add a cup of confectioner’s sugar to the bowl. Make sure to use this type of sugar for the best consistency.
Step 4: The Cool Whip
Then, add in 8oz of cool whip.
Step 5: Mix
Then, mix the ingredients together into a creamy consistency.
Step 6: Fill Pie Crust
Afterward, fill the pie crust with the creamy pumpkin mixture. You can use your own pie crust or grab a graham cracker one from the store.
Step 7: Top with Cool Whip
Then, top the pie with another 6oz of cool whip.
Step 8: Sprinkle Cinnamon Sugar & Refrigerate
For any reason at all, I just love to sprinkle cinnamon sugar. It is the perfect finishing touch for this pumpkin cream pie.

- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 10 oz Pumpkin (Libby's)
- 1 Cup Confecitoner's Sugar
- 14 oz Cool Whip
- 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- Sprinkle of Cinnamon Sugar
Instructions
- Start this recipe by adding the cream cheese, the pumpkin, the 8 oz of cool whip, and the confectioner's sugar together in your stand mixer. Mix those ingredients together until they are blended into a creamy consistency. Then, add the mixture to a graham cracker pie crust. Top this off with 6oz of cool whip and sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top of that. Refrigerate for a few hours or freeze this pie for later.
