The classic go-to sandwich is so good and filling too. On those days at school, there is nothing easier to enjoy than a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
My kids love them and so do I. So it’s not shocking that the family devours these little pb&j snacks too.

No Bake PB&J Bites
Jump to RecipeStep 1: The Oatmeal
First, add two and a half cups of quick oats to a mixing bowl.
You can use any brand you prefer for this ingredient.
Step 2: The Chia Seeds
Then, add two tablespoons of chia seeds. I always just grab these at Target or Trader Joe’s.
They are great to toss into smoothies or oatmeal too.
Step 3: The Jelly
Next, add a half cup of jam or jelly to the bowl. We love Smuckers Strawberry Jam, so I added that to the bowl.
Of course, any flavor of jam or jelly will work for this recipe.
Step 4: The Peanut Butter
Then, add one cup of peanut butter and mix it all together.
If there is a nut allergy, you can use another type of nut-free butter like sunbutter too. It will still work with the recipe.
Step 5: Make the Bites
You can use your hands to form the bites but to be honest, it’s so much easier to just use a small cookie scoop.
From the recipe, you can make 22-24 bites.
You can start eating these bites as soon as you make them.
Also, you can freeze these bites, and add them to lunch boxes or snack bags between activities too. They are a filling treat that is healthy and delicious.
If you want, double the recipe and have a stash in the freezer for an easy healthy snack option.

Ingredients
- 2.5 cups Quick Oats
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- .5 cup Jam
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
Instructions
- Mix together the quick oats, chia seeds, jam, and peanut butter. Then, using a small cookie scoop, prepare your bites. You should be able to make 22-24 bites. Enjoy them instantly or place them in the fridge or freezer.
