This no bake apple cream pie will get you in the fall food mood. It is super easy to make and simply delicious! My girls wanted seconds, and it barely lasted in my fridge a day. This is a very easy dessert recipe to take with you anywhere you go this fall. Who doesn’t love apple pie? This post is all about a no bake apple cream pie.
It is so hard to not think of the fall with all of the fall items in stores now. I know that I am not in pumpkin mode yet, but I do love apples! This apple pie is a smooth transition to the fall as it is still a no-bake in this current heat wave, but it does satisfy a fall sweet tooth in August. 🙂
You can make this with regular dairy products or select the non-dairy substitutes I used. To be honest, I don’t notice a difference in using these substitutes. The cream filling is still so delicious!

No Bake Apple Cream Pie
Step 1: The Cream Cheese
For this first step, add 8oz of cream cheese. I chose a vegan option now that I don’t eat lactose anymore. This brand is delicious!
Step 2: The Sugar
Then, add a cup of confectioner’s sugar to the mixing bowl.
Step 3: The Whipped Topping
Then, add 8oz of whipped topping. I love the plant-based one at Whole Foods. It is excellent! Of course, you can use regular Cool Whip, which I used to love! Be sure to mix all three ingredients together. I just used my handheld mixer to make this cream filling. It works well, and you can just pop the beaters into the dishwasher.
Step 4: Fill the Crust
Then, fill the crust with the creamy mixture. You can make your own crust or grab one of Target’s Favorite Day graham cracker crusts.
Step 5: The Apples
Next, top the pie with a can of apple pie filling. You can use anyone you like.
Step 6: More Whipped Topping
Then, add 4-6 ounces of whipped topping on top of the apple pie filling.
Step 7: Sprinkle with Cinnamon & Chill
Then, if you are a cinnamon fan, sprinkle a little on top of the pie. Chill the pie for about thirty minutes and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Confectioner's Sugar
- 12 oz Whipped Topping
- 1 Can Apple Pie Filling (21 oz)
- 1 Graham Cracker Crust
- 1 Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Instructions
- First, mix together the cream cheese, confectioner's sugar, and whipped topping. Then, fill the graham cracker crust. Top with apple pie filling and then add a little more whipped topping. Sprinkle with cinnamon if you are a fan. Chill for thirty minutes and enjoy!
