These easy mini pb cups are simple and delicious. This past week, my oven died, and I am still waiting for my replacement. With that being said, I made these little peanut butter cups for a tasty oven-free treat. With just 3 ingredients, you can whip these little treats together easily. This post is all about mini PB cups.

Mini PB Cups
Jump to RecipeStep 1: The Peanut Butter
First, add a cup of creamy peanut butter to the mixing bowl.
Make sure your mixing bowl is microwave safe, too.

Step 2: The Maple Syrup
Next, add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup to the bowl. Then, heat the ingredients for 30 seconds and mix until you get a smooth consistency.

Step 3: Add Oats
Then, after mixing everything, add 1.5 cups of quick oats to the bowl.

Step 4: Prepare the Cups
Lastly, place the mixture into 24 mini cupcake liners. Be sure to pray the liners with cooking spray, so that they easily come out of the paper without a problem.
Be sure to freeze the cups for at least an hour before enjoying them!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1.5 cup Quick Oats
Instructions
- Add a cup of creamy peanut butter and maple syrup to a microwave-safe mixing bowl. Melt for thirty seconds, and then add the oats. Mix it all together, and then add the mixture to 24 mini cupcake liners. Be sure to spray the liners. Place the mini cups in the freezer for at least an hour and enjoy!
