Step 1: Lemon Cake Mix

First, preheat the oven to 350. Then, add the lemon cake mix to the mixing bowl. Most lemon cake mix boxes have pudding in the mix, just like the one feautrued below. The Betty Crocker mix makes the best texture for the brownies.

Step 2: The Eggs

Then, add two eggs to the mixing bowl.

Step 3: The Oil & Mix

Next, add 1/3 cup vegetable oil and mix. You can use a wooden spoon to mix all of the ingredients together. The batter will be thick.

Step 4: Bake

Place the batter in a 9×7 or 8×8 baking dish. First, spray cooking spray all over the pan. Then, put the batter into the dish evenly.

You can even use your hands to make sure that the batter is pressed evenly into the baking dish. This will help the brownies bake evenly.

Bake the brownies for 18-20 minutes, cut, and enjoy!

You could also ice these delicious brownies with white icing or cover them in powdered sugar too. Either option would be delicious! Of course, they are so good without the topping too.
