Start this process by gathering your materials. You need a makeup cleaning mat, antibacterial soap, and, of course, your makeup brushes.

First, start by wetting your brush, then rub the brush all over the bar of soap.

Then, while running water, scrub the brush over the cleaning mat and enjoy watching the dirt rinse away.
Once you have completed this process, simply let the brushes air dry in a cup.
