Are you sick of tossing out lights every year? I know that I am.
Last year, I accidentally used an indoor extension cord outside. I was fortunate my lights just smoldered outside, and didn’t catch fire. Nonetheless, due to this happening, the majority of our lights needed to be replaced and so did the inflatable.
Even though I had to replace most of my lights due to the smolder, I was able to fix the lights on the other side of the house with these quick steps. Those lights just wouldn’t turn on, but now they are good to go.
Save time and money with this quick holiday fix.

How To Fix Holiday Lights
Step 1: Open Fuse Box
First, on the plug of the lights there is a sign saying open. Open the fuse box with a butterknife by simply sliding the plastic open.
Step 2: Replace Fuse
Then, take out the little fuses. Be careful taking them out as they are glass. You can gently use the side of a screw driver, tweezers, or a thin butterknife.
You should have fuses leftover from when you opened them originally. They are normally in those little plastic bags with the extra lights.
Step 3: Plug Them In
Finally, plug your lights back in and tada time and money saved!
