Step 2: The Protein
Then, add three-quarters of a cup of protein powder. You can use any flavor protein powder, but I love this recipe with peanut butter protein powder.

Step 3: The Maple Syrup
Next, add a quarter cup of maple syrup and mix.

Step 4: Prep the Bars
Once the ingredients are mixed, place the mixture into an 8×8 dish lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate the bars for a few hours and enjoy! You can eat them within 4-5 days or freeze them individually to enjoy later, too.
