This recipe is super simple and doesn’t require anything but adding the ingredients. No prep and no fuss!

First, add a cup of frozen mixed berries. You can select whichever combo you enjoy. For this one, I did strawberries and raspberries. They are so good!

Step 2: The Yogurt
Then add 3/4 cup of yogurt. I love this yogurt. There are 17 grams of protein in just one serving! You can use whichever one you like. I have to go with a lactose-free option.

Step 3: The Protein Powder
Then, add one scoop of your favorite protein powder. I am now obsessed with this protein powder. Just one scoop is 15 grams of protein.

Step 4: The Milk
Finally, add a cup of unsweetened almond milk or whichever milk you prefer.
