Healthy Late-Night Snacks
Honey Vanilla Yogurt Bowl
Creamy, calming, dessert-like, and a delicious combo! This treat works because it is filled with protein and will satisfy your sweet tooth.
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt – I love Fage Lactose Free Yogurt. It is packed with protein, too!
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)
- Add berries (optional)
Peanut Butter Banana Toast
Warm, comforting, and a great way to start your day and end it too!
Ingredients:
- 1 slice whole-grain or sourdough toast
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- ½ banana, sliced
Chocolate Cottage Cheese Cup
High-protein, tastes like pudding, but it is better for you. You can put this in the blender if you prefer a smoother texture.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1–2 tsp maple syrup
- Splash of milk (optional)
Cinnamon Oat Mug
A warm and comforting treat that will calm you down before bed. Add the ingredients to a microwave-safe bowl or mug and heat for 60-90 seconds.

- ¼ cup quick oats
- ½ cup milk (or almond milk)
- Cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Apple Nachos
These are crunchy and delicious! My girls love them!
Ingredients:
- 1 apple, sliced
- 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter melted (JIF has a chocolate peanut butter that is great too!)
- Drizzle of honey
Frozen Yogurt Bites
If you have a craving for something cold, these are great. They are easy to prep and freeze.
Ingredients:
- Greek yogurt
- Honey
- A few berries or mini chocolate chips
Mix, spoon onto parchment, and freeze.
