These graham cracker brownies are delicious. Using just 3 ingredients, you can make these brownies quickly. You can even make these brownies a Vegan/non-dairy dessert recipe by adjusting the ingredients as I did. Not only does my daughter have an egg allergy, but both girls have tree nut allergies and I am lactose intolerant. Nonetheless, finding a dessert recipe that fills all of our dietary needs is not easy. Plus, we all have to enjoy it too, which we do! This post is all about graham cracker brownies.
The recipe is so simple and easy to follow.
My little girl helped with this recipe as she enjoyed smashing those graham cracker squares so much. She calls graham crackers s’mores crackers. 🙂 The joys of sweets!
Anywho, the brownies are a great dessert option for any time of the year but are perfect for baking during the winter paired with a cup of warm tea or hot cocoa.

Graham Cracker Brownies
Jump to RecipeStep 1: The Graham Crackers
In a large mixing bowl, add the graham cracker pieces first. You will want to place 14 large rectangular graham crackers into a plastic storage bag to easily smash them into crumbs. You can use your favorite flavored graham crackers too. The crumbs in total are about two cups.
Step 2: The Milk
Then, add a can of Coconut Milk or a can of Sweetened Condensed Milk to the bowl.
The coconut milk is a great non-dairy alternative for this recipe.
Step 3: The Chocolate Chips
Then, add a bag of chocolate chips and mix all the ingredients. I love these chocolate chips for this recipe.
Step 4: Prep & Bake
Finally, place the mixture into a 9×7 or an 8×8 greased baking dish. You can spray the dish with cooking spray.
Then, bake the brownies for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees and enjoy!
