Have you ever looked at your counter thinking about what to do with overripe bananas? Recently, I was thinking, what am I going to make with those bananas?
Knowing that my kids will never touch an overripe banana, I knew I had to act fast. Thinking of how to get them to eat these in a more creative way was easy. They love popsicles.
These frozen treats didn’t last long in my house, and I am sure they won’t in yours either.

Fruit Yogurt Popsicles
Create these creamy yogurt popsicles using a blender. I always use the Ninja Blender. It is easy to use, and it is dishwasher safe too.
Step 1: Add Vanilla Greek Yogurt
First, add in one cup of vanilla Greek yogurt. You can use any brand that you like. Right now, my girls like the Chobani brand, but that could change tomorrow.
Step 2: Add Orange Peach Mango Juice
Yes, I used the yogurt cup to measure the juice as well. Anyhow, add one cup of orange peach mango juice to the blender. I love this fruit combo, but really any fruit juice would work as well. So whatever you or your kiddos prefer will taste delicious.
Step 3: Add in Those Overripe Bananas
Now, it is time to add in those overripe bananas that you don’t want to waste. Stick those into the blender for one delicious frozen treat. I used three bananas for this recipe.
Step 4: Blend Your Fruit Yogurt Popsicles Mixture
Next, press that button on the blender, and mix all of your ingredients together.
Step 5: Pour into Popsicle Molds
Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds. This mix should make at least 6 popsicles. Depending on the molds, you may make more. My popsicle molds are throwbacks from my mom. Last summer it was so hard to find popsicle molds, and my mom, fortunately, found these in her kitchen.
