Frozen Whipped PB Cups
Jump to RecipeStep 1: Add the Cool Whip Topping
In a mixing bowl, add 10 ounces of whipped topping. Since I’m lactose-free, I used this Truwhip Vegan Topping. It is delicious! Of course, you can use regular whipped topping too.
Step 2: The Peanut Butter Protein Powder
Then, add a half cup of peanut butter protein powder to the bowl.
This protein powder is really good, and I have been using it to make shakes and smoothies in the morning too.
Step 3: Mix
Using a handheld mixer, evenly mix the two ingredients. You will get a fairly thick consistency. I love my KitchenAid Handheld Mixer, and sometimes Kohl’s has a sale. You can also mix the ingredients using a wooden spoon.
Step 4: Fill the Cups & Freeze
Then, fill twelve cupcake liners with about a cookie scoop full of the mixture. Use a spoon to flatten the mixture evenly, so it freezes into a cute little cup shape.
You can freeze them overnight, and then remove the liners. You can enjoy all 12 or refreeze into an airtight freezer container.
