Frozen Pink Lemonade Pie
Step 1: Soften the Ice Cream
In order to stir this mixture, make sure to soften the ice cream. Either place it in the fridge for about twenty minutes or just leave it out on your counter for ten minutes.
Step 2: Scoop the Ice Cream
Start this mixture by adding seven large scoops of vanilla ice cream into the mixing bowl.
Step 3: Add the Cool Whip
Then, add in three cups of Cool Whip topping. Doesn’t that just sound delicious!
Step 4: Pour the Pink Lemonade
For that refreshing taste, pour the entire container of pink lemonade over the Cool Whip and ice cream.
Step 5: Mix It Together
Using a wooden spoon, mix all of the ingredients together. Since this is such a dense mixture, using a wooden spoon is best.
Step 6: Fill the Mini Pies
Next, take your creamy mixture of heavenly goodness, and scoop it into 18 mini pies. If you have any extra mix, just put it into a freezer container to enjoy a little later. It is still tasty without the graham cracker pie crust too.

Step 7: Freeze Those Pies
For at least three hours, freeze those lovely mini pies.
Step 8: Decorate (Optional)
Then, if you are a lover of a little extra whip cream, take Reddi-Wip and decorate the outer edges of the mini frozen lemonade pies. What a beautiful finish!
