Easy Strawberry Cupcakes
Step 1: Preheat Oven to 350°
Be sure to preheat your oven to 350 degrees before you start whipping up your cupcakes.
Step 2: Mix the Cake Mix and Diet Ginger Ale
Simply mix together the cake mix and the diet ginger ale. Moreover, you could use any clear diet soda like Diet Sprite as well.
Step 3: Spray the Cupcake Liners
So this is a definite must. From previous fails, I learned the hard way that you must spray the cupcake liners.
Not that I am a baker extraordinaire, but I believe that without the cooking spray, the cupcakes stick due to the lack of oil and butter in the recipe. Thus, spray away and your cupcakes will easily come right out of the papers.
Step 4: Add Batter to Cupcake Liners
For a regular-sized cupcake, use two cookie scoops of batter per cupcake mold. Furthermore, by adding two scoops, you are going to approximately make about 18 cupcakes with this recipe.
Step 5: Bake for 26 Minutes on 350°
Approximately, leave these in for twenty-six minutes.
Around twenty-three minutes, I started checking the cupcakes with a toothpick to make sure they didn’t burn. With so few ingredients, your oven may have them baked in less time than the recommendation.
Step 6: Let Cupcakes Cool
For about thirty minutes or so, let the cupcakes cool before you ice them. Nonetheless, you could stop here and just eat them without the icing too.
Step 7: Ice Your Cupcakes
Running across this amazing prepackaged filled pastry bag, I had to give it a try. Well, it works perfectly. With delicious icing prepared for you, you might as well keep this as your go-to icing in your pantry.
Amazingly, the icing process was a breeze, and the cupcakes ended up looking better than if I just used a can of icing.
