With the farmer’s markets opening soon, I was starting to think of some delicious salad dressing recipes, and I wanted to share this tangy one with you.
I love a great side salad with a meal or just a huge salad with tons of veggies in it from the farmer’s market topped with a delicious vinaigrette. Who doesn’t right?
This homemade dressing is super easy to make. I hope that you enjoy it as much as I do.

Easy Mustard Vinaigrette

First, add a half cup of olive oil.
Step 2: The Vinegar
Then, add two tablespoons of white vinegar.
Step 3: The Mustard
Next, add a tablespoon of your favorite mustard. I love honey mustard, but I was in the mood for a tangy dressing so I went with plain yellow mustard. Dijon mustard is also a delicious option for this vinaigrette.
Step 4: A Little Salt
Then, add a quarter teaspoon of salt to the mixture.
Step 5: The Garlic
Then, add a half teaspoon of garlic powder. I’m a huge fan of adding garlic to dressing combinations. It’s so good!
Step 6: The Paprika
Finally add a quarter teaspoon of paprika into the dressing mixture and whisk it all together. I love this KitchenAid whisk I grabbed it at Kohl’s one day. It is dishwasher safe and works really well.
Easy Mustard Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
Instructions
- Add all of the listed ingredients together. Then, whisk the mixture and drizzle it over your favorite salad. Put it in the fridge when you are finished. Enjoy!
