Since spring is in the near future (a girl can dream), this lemon bundt made me think of the sweet smell of the season. Blooming flowers and brunch bundts! A bundt looks like a flower, so it is just fitting that this little dessert reminds me of the spring and the sunshine.
Plus, I couldn’t pass up purchasing a little jar of lemon curd at the store the other day.

Easy Lemon Bundt Cake
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Step 2: Start with a Cake Mix
Then, start with a lemon cake mix. I used this Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake Mix.
Step 3: Add Water
Next, add a cup of water.
Step 4: Add the Yogurt
Then, add a cup of vanilla Greek yogurt.

Then, mix it all together.
Step 6: Spray the Pan
Be sure to spray the bundt pan with a little cooking spray, so that you can just pop the bundt right out.

Step 7: Pour the Batter & Bake
Then, pour the batter evenly into the bundt pan and bake it for about thirty-eight minutes.
Step 8: Let It Cool & Flip It
Then, wait about ten minutes, and flip the bundt over onto a tray or into a cake saver.

Optional Steps 9 & 10
The following steps are to add a little more sweetness and to make the bundt look fabulous too.
Step 9: Top with Lemon Curd
You can top the bundt with lemon curd. I used Dickinson’s Lemon Curd. It is outstanding, and you can probably find it at your local grocery store.
Step 10: Cover in Powdered Sugar
Then, cover the entire bundt, lemon curd, and all with powdered sugar. It it so good!

You can use any lemon cake mix, but this Duncan Hines lemon supreme is really good. Also, for this recipe, I used the Chobani vanilla Greek yogurt, but any brand will work.
