Easy Lemon Blueberry Cupcakes

Step 1: Preheat Oven to 350°

Before you add the ingredients, preheat the oven to 350°.

Step 2: Add Cake Mix

In a large mixing bowl, empty an entire box of lemon cake mix. You can select whichever brand you prefer.

Then, add in a cup of fresh blueberries. Of course, frozen blueberries will work just as well.

Step 4: Add Diet Ginger Ale

Next, pour an entire can of diet ginger ale into the mixing bowl. This will cause the mix to fizz.

Step 5: Mix the Batter

Then, you can mix these ingredients together to prepare the batter.

Step 6: Spray Cupcake Liners

Be sure to spray your cupcake liners before filling them with the batter. They will stick if you don’t spray these liners. I made them before without preparing the liners, and they were a mess.
