This easy ice cream cake is simply delicious. It’s just creamy ice cream heaven! You can make this easily and enjoy it for an everyday dessert or a birthday party. This is the most requested dessert by my daughters. My oldest is obsessed with ice cream cake. This post is all about an easy ice cream cake.

Step 1: Start with the Sandwiches

In a large dish, place a layer of ice cream sandwiches.

I used the Favorite Day brand from Target. You could also use a Neapolitan version for some more color.

I used a large lasagna tray for this cake, so I was able to fit 12 sandwiches. You can always use a 9×13 pan or even half the recipe with just one 12 pack of ice cream sandwiches.

Step 2: Syrup

Cover the sandwiches in chocolate and caramel syrup.

You can use your favorite brands for this process.

Also, you could add strawberry syrup to the mix.

Step 3: Whipped Topping

Next, spread a layer of whipped topping over the first layer.

Step 4: More Syrup

Then, cover it with a layer of chocolate and caramel syrup.

Step 5: Sandwiches

Then, add another layer of ice cream sandwiches. I used another 12 sandwiches for this layer too.

Step 6: More Syrup

Then, cover the sandwiches in chocolate and caramel syrup.

Step 7: Whipped Topping

Then, cover in the last layer of whipped topping.

Step 8: Finishing Touches

Lastly, cover in chocolate and caramel syrup. If you want, cover the ice cream sandwich in sprinkles. It will look so delicious!

Freeze for about four hours, and enjoy!
