Easy DIY Whiteboard
Step 1: Select a Frame
First, start this DIY out by selecting an 8×10 picture frame that you’d like to display. It can be any design that you prefer. I always like getting frames at Marshall’s or TJMaxx because they are inexpensive! Walmart also has great frames for less too. I like this one as well.
Also, you could just use a frame that you already have on hand too. This process is a great way to repurpose a picture frame.
Step 2: Prepare Background
Then, take the frame apart and select a card stock color or heavier paper. I selected plain white paper for my frame. You could also use patterned paper or even wrapping paper.
Measure the paper to fit the glass and then cut it accordingly.
Next, place it back into the frame to double-check that it fits.
Step 3: Put the Board Together & Start Writing
Once you place the paper, put the frame back together. Be sure to use a dry-erase marker. These markers are specifically for glass and work great on the picture frame. Plus, these markers have an eraser on the end, which works perfectly.
