You can create this easy DIY fall wreath quickly with these simple steps. Plus, you can find all the craft materials at your local Dollar Tree, and the entire project costs less than ten dollars. The wreath is just so beautiful and can be displayed all season long. This post is all about an easy DIY fall wreath.
Okay, so I realize it might be June, but I just couldn’t resist buying these gorgeous flowers from the Dollar Tree this week. As I was picking the flowers, someone said to me, “It isn’t even July 4th.” I kindly said I know, isn’t it crazy it’s so early to put out fall decor? Then I turned and started tossing these flowers and craft materials into my cart.
Once I collected my materials from the Dollar Tree, I headed to my mom’s house to get started and the rest is shopping history.
On my way to her house, I said, “We have some crafting to do, and you won’t believe the deals!” She was a little shocked that we were making fall wreaths in the summer sun, but she was excited!
Once we created a fall vision, she easily put the flowers into place, and enjoyed making this beautiful fall wreath.

Easy DIY Fall Wreath
How Do You Make An Easy Fall Wreath?
Just Follow The Simple Steps
Easy DIY Fall Wreath: Step 1 – Organize Your Supplies
I purchased these items at the Dollar Tree, so each item was only $1. The entire wreath can be made for less than ten dollars, which is quite the steal, as wreaths are normally an expensive purchase.
Step 2 – Prep Flowers
If you don’t have wire cutters on hand, you can simply twist the flowers and snap them off to place them inside of the wreath. Of course, wire cutters will work perfectly fine.
Plus, if you want to get your kids involved in the crafting process, twisting them is definitely safer.
Easy DIY Fall Wreath: Step 3 – Place Flowers
Place each flower within the wreath as you prefer. You can space the flowers for a simple look or keep them stuffed closely together for a fuller-looking wreath.
Either way, the flowers will look gorgeous in this display.
For my wreath, we selected shades of orange, red, and yellow to complete a fall decor look.
Step 4 – Evaluate & Continue
Review your current flower selection, and decide which flowers you want to use next. Of course, you can switch flowers out easily to fit your vision.
The beauty of this craft is that nothing is permanent. If you were to use hot glue, then things might not be so easy to change.
Easy DIY Fall Wreath: Step 5 – Add a Pumpkin
What is fall without a pumpkin? Yes, the Dollar Tree even had a few pumpkin items on hand too.
Step 6 – Select a Ribbon
After purchasing a few different ribbons, we went with this satin ribbon. It added a soft touch to the fall wreath.
Easy DIY Fall Wreath: Step 7 – Secure Ribbon
Then, wrap the ribbon around the wreath. Also, you could select a few different colors of ribbon to wrap around the wreath. Either way, it is going to look fabulous!
Step 8 – Finish Ribbon
Then, cut the ribbon and tuck it in to the wreath.
One Gorgeous Wreath
Display your new craft proudly and please share photos of your fall wreath. I’d love to see how your wreath turned out.
