Easy Cookie Dough Overnight Oats
Jump to RecipeStep 1: The Oats
Start this recipe in a medium-sized mixing bowl. You will be adding all the dry ingredients first. First, add one cup of quick oats to a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Chia Seeds
Then, add two tablespoons of chia seeds.
Step 3: Protein Powder
Next, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder. Peanut butter, vanilla, or chocolate work well with this recipe.
Step 4: The Chocolate Chips
Next, add a quarter cup of chocolate chips to the bowl. I used the allergen-free mini chocolate chips, but any chips will taste delicious.
Step 5: The Honey
Then, add a tablespoon of honey. You can drizzle it over the other ingredients. You could also use maple syrup for extra sweetness.
Step 6: The Milk
Then, add a cup and a half of your milk of choice. My go-to for overnight oats is unsweetened vanilla almond milk. It is delicious and a low-calorie option too.
Mix everything, and place the bowl in the fridge for at least six hours or overnight. You will get at least two to three servings out of this recipe ingredient list.
You can top the cookie bowl off with some fruit too or your favorite whipped topping.
