Easy Chocolate Protein Oats
Jump to RecipeStep 1: The Oats
First, add a half cup of oats.
You can use any ball glass jar with a lid or a Pyrex container. I bought these glass jars for meal prepping. They are dishwasher safe and are perfect for this serving size.
You’ll even have a little room on top for fruit or maybe some chocolate chips. 🙂

Step 2: The Protein Powder
Next, add a scoop of your favorite chocolate protein powder.

Step 3: The Chia Seeds
Then, add a half tablespoon of chia seeds.

Step 4: The Milk
Then, add a half cup of milk. I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk, but you could use whichever type you enjoy.

Step 5: The Yogurt
Finally, add a quarter cup of Greek yogurt. I love this one because it’s delicious and lactose-free.
Mix all the ingredients and keep overnight to enjoy the next morning.
