First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees before you begin the easy baking process.
Step 2: Mash the Bananas
Then, start mashing five bananas. You can just use a fork for this process if you don’t have a masher. You could also use a hand mixer too.
Step 3: Add the Oats
Next, add three cups of quick oats.
Step 4: Add the Milk & Mix
Next, mix in a quarter cup of any type of milk you have on hand. I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I always have this in the fridge for smoothies. It is delicious and has only 30 calories.
Step 5: Mix in the Blueberries
Then, mix a cup of fresh or frozen blueberries with the other ingredients.
Step 6: Add to Trays
Spray your cupcake or muffin papers, and fill with the batter. Remember, these muffins aren’t going to get much bigger than the amount that you put in the liner. I just used a medium cookie scoop to fill the liners, and I was able to make 18 muffins.
Step 7: Bake Those Muffins
Be sure to bake these muffins for at least eighteen minutes. The blueberries are just so delicious with this combination.
