These questions might be on your mind when debating when to take your dry-cleaning in. To be honest, I am completely guilty of keeping my dry cleaning bag in the back of my car for weeks just to avoid waiting in line with my kids to drop it off.

Dryel Dry Cleaning Kit
The following steps guide you through the process of using the dry cleaning kit. Plus, there is information about whether the kit will shrink your clothes, and if the kit is worth your time.
Step 1: Gather Your Items
You can clean up to five items in the bag. You can use the kit on dry clean only items, special care items, and hard to clean items.
For special care items, the box lists that you can use the kit for sweaters, blouses, skirts, and dark jeans. Additionally, the box states that the process works on outerwear, curtains, throws, pillows, and even stuffed animals.
This is quite the kit and a multitasker at that!
Plus, if the items do not fit in the bag, you can just use two towelettes/cleaning cloths in your dryer. This might be the case for a duvet, other bedding, or even drapes.
Step 2: Stain Remover
Using the stain remover pen, you can take care of spots and stains prior to tossing your clothes into the bag. Now, I didn’t need to use the pen to remove anything over the top. I just had your normal wear spots and marks that my kids are really responsible for.
You can also keep this pen in your purse to be sure to remove stains as you go to prepare garments for the dry cleaning process.
For instance, if you have a prized possession clothing piece, I would still take it to the experts. They are experts for a reason; however, for small stains and little problems, this kit does work.
Step 3: Odor Remover
Use this odor and wrinkle release to give those not-so-pleasant scents a quick removal.
For instance, my mother recently gave me back my forever loved sweaters from high school. Yes, high school! They are decades old, and I will not part with them as they are still in style. The sweaters are both from Abercrombie, and I can still remember how happy I was to get these sweaters as gifts from my grandmother. Anywho, long story short, they had a stench, and now thank goodness they don’t!
Also, this spray helps to limit static, which would be great for dresses and skirts.
Step 4: Toss in Clothes
Then, just toss your items in the bag. Just a reminder you can use this bag for five items at a time. Plus, the bag is reusable. So once you purchase the kit, then you just need to get refills when you run out of towelettes/cleaning cloths.
Step 5: Toss in Cleaning Cloth
Then, just take the towelette out of the wrapper and toss it in the bag. This little sheet is magic! I was in shock at how good the clothes smelled. I didn’t expect that from a store-bought kit.
The towelette is similar in texture to a damp dryer cloth. It smells good and I just tossed it right in the bag. You have to use a new one for each load.
Step 6: Zip Bag & Toss into Dryer
Then, just toss the zipped bag into the dryer and leave it in the dryer for 15-30 minutes on medium heat.
You may wonder how this works, and it is definitely a question I had too. Not to say I am a scientist by any stretch of the imagination, but this bag is essentially like a steamer bag. Your clothes are being steam cleaned as the towelette is wet and the dryer bag keeps the items perfectly inside to be cleaned and freshened.
Step 7: Remove Clothes Promptly
Once you turn off the dryer, be sure to remove the clothes and hang them up as soon as possible. This way, you won’t have to take any extra steps steaming or pressing your clothing.

Dryel Dry Cleaning Kit Review:Should You Buy One?
After using the kit, I would definitely suggest it as your clothes will smell great, be restored to shape, and be cleaned all in the comfort of your own home. This kit saves you time and money without having to put forth much effort to actually dry clean the clothes in your home dryer.
Also, at first, I was a little nervous putting my go-to work pants into a bag without really knowing if it works. These three pairs of pants and the two sweaters my gram gave me were difficult to try out, but I am glad that I did it.
