This creamy peanut butter fudge recipe is simple and delicious. Using just two ingredients, you can make this fudge in less than five minutes, and you can serve it for any occasion. After making a few other combos with the same type of ingredients, this may just be the favorite flavor among the family. This post is all about creamy peanut butter fudge.
If you love peanut butter, you’ll love this creamy fudge recipe. When my daughter was six months old, she was unfortunately diagnosed with a peanut allergy. When she was two and a half, they tested her again and said that they would like to do a food challenge with peanut butter. Thankfully, we tried out the peanut butter in the office to see if she could eat it without a reaction. Fortunately, she could do so and passed the challenge. I think from that point on we went a little crazy eating peanut butter, and this recipe is just one way we indulge in peanut butter at our house now.
Of course, we realize that not all people are allergy-free, and only when no one in attendance has a nut allergy, do I bring this to parties and get-togethers. If there are allergies, we stick to the strawberry fudge recipe instead.

Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge
For this fudge recipe, you’ll just need a microwave-safe dish to mix it up.
Step 1: Vanilla Icing
To start this easy recipe off, add a 16oz container of vanilla icing. Make sure that it is just a creamy container and not a cream cheese one. The cream cheese icing doesn’t seem to form as nicely as the regular creamy vanilla icing. Of course, I do love the cream cheese icing for other recipes though.
Step 2: Peanut Butter
Then, you can add a 16oz container of peanut butter. I would stick to the creamy peanut butter instead of the chunky type. Also, I would stick to a basic peanut butter and not an all natural brand.
Step 3: Heat It Up
Then, just stick the dish into the microwave for a minute. You can also complete this process on the stove top as well. It is just so easy to pop the ingredients into the microwave.
Step 4: Mix
Mix the two ingredients together. You will easily combine the ingredients once they are heated into a beautiful peanut butter swirl.
Step 5: Pour Into Dish
Then, pour the mixture into a 9×7 baking dish covered in parchment paper.
Step 6: Refrigerate
Then refrigerate the fudge for at least four hours so that it is the perfect texture. You can cut it up as you like. I like the little squares the best. It is very easy to cut up into squares.
